NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

GREENE TOWNSHIP ZONING HEARING BOARD, CLINTON COUNTY, PA
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, at 6:00 p.m., on Thursday, June 25, 2026, at the Greene Township Municipal Building, 688 East Valley Road, Loganton, Pennsylvania 17747, the Greene Township Zoning Hearing Board shall conduct a public hearing to consider the application filed by JOHN PETERS (the “Applicant”), seeking variances related to the construction of an unattached garage approximately 32 ft x 50 ft at the real property located at 88 RAUCHTOWN ROAD, LOGANTON, PENNSYLVANIA (the “Subject Property”), from the strict application of the following provisions in the Greene Township Zoning Ordinance: Article VI C-2 Tourist and Highway Service Commercial District, (1) Section 6.03 Area and Bulk Regulations.
A copy of the full text of the Application summarized above may be examined during regular business hours at the Greene Township Municipal Building, 688 East Valley Road, Loganton, Pennsylvania 17747, and copies are available upon request, at cost.
The public is invited to attend. Any person attending the hearing will be afforded an opportunity to comment verbally or in writing. Those persons having a substantial, direct, and immediate interest in the outcome may enter their appearance to support, or object to, the relief requested by Applicant.

The Warren H. Ohl Dam has been classified by the Department of Environmental Protection as a HIGH HAZARD DAM; this is a dam so located as to endanger populated areas downstream by its failure.
