NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
GREENE TOWNSHIP ZONING HEARING BOARD, CLINTON COUNTY, PA
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, at 6:00 p.m. on Monday, June 2, 2025, at the Greene Township Municipal Building, 688 East Valley Road, Loganton, Pennsylvania 17747, the Greene Township Zoning Hearing Board shall conduct a public hearing to consider an appeal of the denial of a zoning permit application filed by JACOB JEFFRIES (the “Applicant”) to demolish the existing residential structure located at 2308 EAST WINTER ROAD, LOGANTON, PENNSYLVANIA 17747, and to erect a new residential structure on the existing footprint or, in the alternative, a dimensional variance from the strict application of the Zoning Ordinance. The Applicant seeks the dimensional variance pursuant to the Township of Greene Zoning Ordinance Section 3.03 (Area and Bulk Regulations).
A copy of the full text of the Applications summarized above may be examined during regular business hours at the Greene Township Municipal Building, 688 East Valley Road, Loganton, Pennsylvania 17747, and copies are available upon request, at cost.
The public is invited to attend. Any person attending the hearing will be afforded an opportunity to comment orally or in writing. Those persons having a substantial, direct, and immediate interest in the outcome may enter their appearance to support or object to the relief requested by Applicant.

The Warren H. Ohl Dam has been classified by the Department of Environmental Protection as a HIGH HAZARD DAM; this is a dam so located as to endanger populated areas downstream by its failure.
