Greene Township was established in February of 1840. The township is located in the southeastern corner of Clinton County, bordered to the east by Union County, and to the south by Centre County. The township encompasses a total of 47 square miles with a population of 1,750.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, at 6:00 p.m., on Tuesday, July 28, 2026, at the Greene Township Municipal Building, 688 East Valley Road, Loganton, Pennsylvania 17747, the Greene Township Zoning Hearing Board shall conduct a public hearing to consider the application filed by AKOP GALACHYAN (the “Applicant”), regarding a Notice of Appeal from Zoning Enforcement Notice (of Violation) alleging placement and occupation of “multiple shipping container dwelling units” without zoning approval at the real property owned by Cecelia Buss and located at 3779 EAST VALLEY ROAD, LOGANTON, PENNSYLVANIA (Tax Parcel No. 13-6555) (the “Subject Property”), appealing the Zoning Officer’s Determination of violations of the following provisions in the Greene Township Zoning Ordinance: (1) Section 1.01 Repeal Provision; Short Title; Effective Date; Purpose; Interpretation; Conflict; Validity 3.
