NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

GREENE TOWNSHIP ZONING HEARING BOARD, CLINTON COUNTY, PA

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday, July 31, 2025, at the Greene Township Municipal Building, 688 East Valley Road, Loganton, Pennsylvania 17747, the Greene Township Zoning Hearing Board shall conduct a public hearing to consider an Application filed by DEREK McGREW (the “Applicant”) seeking a dimensional variance from the height and setback requirements imposed by Section 8.16 of the Greene Township Zoning Ordinance for wireless communications equipment, including tower, fence, ground equipment, utilities, etc., for vacant land located at 464 WEST WINTER ROAD, LOGANTON, PENNSYLVANIA 17747.

A copy of the full text of the Application summarized above may be examined during regular business hours at the Greene Township Municipal Building, 688 East Valley Road, Loganton, Pennsylvania 17747, and copies are available upon request, at cost.
The public is invited to attend. Any person attending the hearing will be afforded an opportunity to comment verbally or in writing. Those persons having a substantial, direct, and immediate interest in the outcome may enter their appearance to support of, or object to, the relief requested by Applicant.

NOTICE

PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Supervisors of Greene Township, Clinton County, PA will hold a public hearing on the 5th day of August, 2025 at 7:00 p.m. at the Township Building, 688 E. Valley Road, Loganton, PA to consider enactment of Ordinance 2025-01 amending Sections 1.03, 2.03, 8.08, 8.18, 9.03, 9.07, 9.10, 9.11, 9.12, 10.01, 10.04, 10.08, 11.01, and 11.02 of the Greene Township Zoning Ordinance of 2007, as amended.

A copy of the full text of the Ordinance has been provided to this newspaper. In addition, a copy of the full text of the Ordinance is available for public view at the office of the Secretary of Greene Township at the address set forth above during normal business hours.

Immediately following the public hearing set forth above, and at the same location, the Supervisors will hold a hearing to consider enactment of the Ordinance.
