NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, at 6:00 p.m., on Thursday, June 25, 2026, at the Greene Township Municipal Building, 688 East Valley Road, Loganton, Pennsylvania 17747, the Greene Township Zoning Hearing Board shall conduct a public hearing to consider the application filed by JOHN PETERS (the \u201cApplicant\u201d), seeking variances related to the construction of an unattached garage approximately 32 ft x 50 ft at the real property located at 88 RAUCHTOWN ROAD, LOGANTON, PENNSYLVANIA (the \u201cSubject Property\u201d), from the strict application of the following provisions in the Greene Township Zoning Ordinance: Article VI C-2 Tourist and Highway Service Commercial District, (1) Section 6.03 Area and Bulk Regulations<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n A copy of the full text of the Application summarized above may be examined during regular business hours at the Greene Township Municipal Building, 688 East Valley Road, Loganton, Pennsylvania 17747, and copies are available upon request, at cost.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The public is invited to attend.
